AIR FREIGHT SERVICES :
We understand your need or faster delivery
by air freight. Moreover our highly skilled
team cares about your merchandise as much as
you do Processing and overseeing each
detail of every stage, so your merchandise
arrives as safety and quickly as possible.
This includes processing all the
administrative work, documentation and
paperwork before and after the flight.
With our reach across the world, we give our
customers a full cycle air freight services
right from pick up to delivery at the final
destination.

VALUE ADDED SERVICES :
Collection on Delivery (COD)
Delivery of valuable shipments against
collection of Cheque or Demand Draft from
consignee.
To Pay
Freight to be paid by customer’s consignee
against cash or cheque.
Transit Insurance
Your consignments travels safe with us under
Transit Insurance policy.
Warehousing
Multi facility warehousing available at
Metros and Transit Points.
Special Handling
We provide special handing for your costly
material in the Presence of our staff with
labeling the fragile stickers on Boxes.
TERMS & CONDITIONS :
- All the Consignments will be picked from
your office and will be door delivered.
- For Non Documents, the material must be
insured by the consignor. In case of loss,
damage, shortage etc, Prakash Air Services
liability would be limited to issue
certificate of fact.
- Minimum chargeable weight for Air cargo Non
Documents would be 50kgs.
- For Non documents, the required Forms &
Permits based on the respective states are
required to be handed over along with the
consignments to our Courier. Fastrack Air
Services is not responsible in case the
consignments are detained by authorities in
the absence of required Forms & Permits.
- For Volumetric consignment, volumetric
weight will be charged in the formula of
LxBxH (cms) divided by 5000.
- Delivery at Direct destinations / Metros for
Non documents varies from 24 to 48 hrs Ex:
Delhi based on Air liftment.
- Weight is rounded of to Next higher Digit;
Example 1.3 Kgs will be rounded off to 2 Kgs.
- Payment Cheque or Demand Draft should be in
favoring “Prakash Air Services” only.
Payment to be made within 15 days from the
date of submission of the bills.
- Service Tax will be added to the Freight
charges as per the Government Norms.
- Payment should not be linked to claim or
discrepancies. Such cases will be dealt
separately.
- Pod’s will be submitted on request incase of
any discrepancies only.

CHARGEABLE WEIGHT :
- Minimum chargeable weight per Waybill will
be 50 kg for Air.
- Air and Train the charged weight will be
arrived at by considering the actual or
converted weight whichever is higher.
- The Chargeable weight will be arrived at by
rounding off the weight to the next Zero.

FUEL SURCHARGE :
- Fuel Surcharge is calculated at 0%of the
total freight. (Nil)

SERVICE TAX :
Service Tax is charged on total freight @
10.3% inclusive of Education Cess, Subject
to revision as applicable by the Central
Excise Act from time to time.
ODA CHARGES
:
ODA charges will be extra in case of above
25km. |
